Worked as a freelance Production Coordinator in the thriving production community of Austin, TX for TV/Film/Commercial/Live Event productions.

 

• Oversaw and assisted in pre-production and production phases of over 200 projects.

• Oversaw the hiring and management of freelance crew members and vendors, created cost estimates and expense reports, secured equipment rentals and talent releases.

• Provided clear daily communication between executives, department heads and crew members.

• Negotiated all production costs to remain within and under budget.

• Worked for C3 Productions on live events ACL Festival, Lollapalooza as well as independent commercial production projects.
