Recruited by owners of Kelly’s Kids to establish and direct individual visual styles for the 3 company brands through photography and art direction. Acted as producer, photographer and eventually, videographer for all brand content, maintaining rigorous shoot and marketing schedules - up to 8 releases or productions per month.
Introduced and successfully implemented a video marketing strategy for all company brands, increasing social engagement by 47% in 3 months. Customers cited being able to see how the clothes move and fit the models as the reason for conversion .
Executed all pre-production tasks - creative briefs, location scouting, talent acquisition, prop/set shopping or creation, shooting schedules and shot lists.
Photographed, selected, retouched and color corrected all lifestyle and flat lay product images photos for marketing and eCommerce website.
Filmed and edited long and short form video content for marketing across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Websites and email campaigns.
Coordinated with additional creative team members, as well as upper management to ensure all deadlines were met on-time and on-budget.

All products were sold online using the Shopify platform and all marketing was conducted through organic and paid social media posts, as well as targeted email campaigns.
