Hired to streamline communications between production companies, creative ad agencies and the post-production team. Knowledge of production timeline, budgeting and workflows proved beneficial and profitable to the post facility, as well as solidified partnerships with production companies and agency producers/creatives. 

 

  • Led the cultivation, growth and sustainment of client roster to include The Discovery Channel, Whataburger, Southwest Airlines, AT&T, Subway, Frost Bank, Shiner Beer, US Air Force, Goodyear Tires, and PGA Tour to name a few.

  • Managed a highly-skilled creative team of 10+ in-house and freelance motion designers, editors, colorists, and compositors on large budget, high pressure, overlapping projects and deadlines.

  • Spearheaded clear communication and translation of needs, ideas, or concerns to all stakeholders on a daily basis.

  • Coordinated with production companies, audio production facilities and ad agencies for seamless handoffs of project assets and materials.

  • Took ownership of quality assurance monitoring to ensure final deliverables were to specification.

  • Created cost-estimates and project schedules based on creative briefs provided by clients.

  • Oversaw budgets in coordination with production and agency counterpoints to ensure project costs remained within estimated scope.

  • Built and maintained a roster of over 25 freelance talent to supplement project efficacy

  • Streamlined workflows between creative team members to maximize productivity
