Managed everyday operations and deliverables of the creative team which included curating photo and video selections, proof-reading copy and scheduling and monitoring marketing content and digital ad campaigns for weekly releases, sales or promotions and daily product pushes across multiple social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Email.
Managed creative team of 6 (photographers, graphic designers, copywriters) to implement high-quality targeted content within accelerated overlapping deadlines.
Implemented Pinterest marketing strategy which increased brand awareness and boosted our conversion rate by 52%
Led the expansion of the creative team by 50% over three years to address rapidly increasing workload.

All products were sold online using the Shopify platform and all marketing was conducted through organic and paid social media posts, as well as targeted email campaigns.
